Ticker: Authorization problems

since approx. 3 days I’m fighting with trouble regarding Bondoras authorization. Since 2 years I didn’t had any serious problems with the authorization handling, now something fails! Some investors already received a mail regarding problems and revocation of the granted authorization. I connected Bondoras support but till now I didn’t received an answer.

I had to perform the following steps to get everything to work:

    1. Revoke authorization in your Bondora Account
      Login into your Bondora Account
      In the top right corner click your name, the Settings (Picture 1)
      Choose entry “Authorized apps” and click “Revoke access” (Picture 2)
      After these steps the Lending Robothas no more access rights
    2. Now it’s possible to gain access rights via https://yakuza.lending-robot.net/en/authorization/

I’m really sorry regarding this inconvenience but right now I’ve no information why the problem occurs right now!
