Approx. 6 weeks ago I reported in my blog about actual problems with the Bondora API. You can read this in the Bondora API ChangeLog, how much updates happened in May / June 2019. Before that the last update was introduced in November 2018. The Lending Robot had actual problems due to these changes, the Authorization for new and registered investors failed sporadically, the inroduced waiting times caused sporadic trouble in the Portfolio Updates and new loan offerings are reported too late sporadically so an investment wasn’t possible anymore. The keyword is “sporadically“. I didn’t know at this time if I caused the problem or if the Bondora API has a problem. Meanwhile most of the problems are solved:
- Authorization – no problems gathering authorization but revoke is still a problem, problem ticket is raised
- Portfolio Update – solved by Bondora API due to changed timings
- Loan offerings too late – solved by Bondora API
Late loan offerings caused an actual problem on my Portfolio, during this time my uninvested cash raised above 200 €. Now I’m nearly fully invested again. For revoke Authorization I raised a ticket to Bondora, let’s see what the answer is. Nevertheless due to the increased timings I need approx. 10 hours to get all public loans for the AI calculation. Of course I want to reduce this time. But this shouldn’t harm any investor if the calculated AI can be used a little bit later, because the AI calculation is done once a month.
